Talk 1430 WLKF is unquestionably Polk County's "News Source", featuring live national and international news coverage 24 hours daily at the top of each hour through our affiliation with the ABC Radio Network, and statewide coverage via the Florida Radio Network. Local News and weather is handled each weekday morning by Bob Crews, with reports every half hour between 6am - 9am, and his hourly reports at 10am and 11am. Andrea Oliver takes over at noon with her hourly updates through 6pm. Rounding out the WLKF News Department is Donna Renfroe, who handles news on Saturday mornings.
