Every Monday we welcome Mayhem PR Strategist Lorrie Walker onto the show. This week, she talked about how Houston Texans owner Bob McNair had to apologize for using a common phrase, an idiom, to describe what’s happening in the NFL these days. McNair said, “We can’t have the inmates running the prison,” during a debate over the impact the player protests were having on the NFL and team business. After a backlash where some were accusing McNair of calling his players ‘inmates,’ he apologized:
